Construction & Contract Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, overseeing, and assessing construction projects from beginning to end within set timelines, specifications, and budgets
- Developing and presenting budget estimates for construction projects
- Creating contracts, setting construction schedules and milestones, and tracking progress against these timelines
- Negotiating contract revisions and modifications with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Generating progress reports and updating schedules for clients
- Facilitating communication between office design teams and on-site issues
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or a college diploma in technology
- Minimum of 5 years of construction industry experience, including roles as a construction supervisor or field superintendent
- At least 2 years of experience managing commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects
- Proficient in professional dialogue with tradespeople
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Desire for professional growth within the company
Candidates with the following qualifications will receive priority consideration:
- Post-secondary education
- Project management certification (ongoing or completed)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project Management and similar software
A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.
