The TDBG Organization Effectiveness Advisory & Governance Team (OE) is a Centre of Expertise which supports businesses across the enterprise on the analysis, development and implementation of organization design and organization effectiveness initiatives and corresponding governance policies. The OE team works closely with HR business partners and senior business leaders to support business strategy and sustained performance.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of organization effectiveness consulting projects and advisory services against an internal portfolio of several businesses/functional units. The position also advances the employee experience by ensuring equity and integrity across job families and advocating the performance and development culture. Conduct organization design analysis to provide findings and recommendations to help solve operating model, organization design and governance issues for business leaders in partnership with HR Business Partners. Effectively facilitate executive workshops, communicating key insights, ideas, strategies, rationale to executive level audience in a clear, compelling and concise manner.
Engage stakeholders in assisting with implementation of organization design recommendations, as appropriate. May include advising on change management strategies to implement new organization designs or restructurings.
Lead and execute internal strategic organization design and organization effectiveness projects, from start to finish, including project scope and design, alignment of stakeholder expectations, project management, and timely project delivery.
Partner with Business and HR executives, to build relationships and maintain an understanding of their business portfolio and needs. Increase organization design capability in the HR Business Partner community to ensure optimal engagement and partnership.
experience and knowledge of TD's business is an asset
University degree in business management, organizational development, human resources or related discipline; MBA degree or advanced education in organization design / development is an asset
Strong consulting skills anchored in problem solving with a solid background working with synthesis of qualitative data, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and writing reports/presentations; external consulting experience is an asset
