RÔLE

Relevant de la VP, IT et sous la supervision du Lead Business Analyst, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe ERP, l'équipe Finance et les fournisseurs de ces ERPs pour fournir le support nécessaire aux utilisateurs, implémenter des améliorations et optimisations afin d'atteindre les objectifs de maintenance et d'améliorations des systèmes.

Tu auras pour fonction principale de soutenir les utilisateurs en évaluant les risques, la faisabilité et l'impact des fonctionnalités requises sur l'ERP. Tu devras comprendre les défis de l'agence et déterminer des solutions opérationnelles appropriées, en tenant compte à la fois des systèmes et des processus manuels.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Agir à titre de personne-ressource au quotidien pour :Le support de l'ERP aux utilisateurs en Amérique du Nord et en Europe; La formation aux utilisateurs; La documentation des processus, les documents de références et la formation; L'analyse des besoins d'affaires; Les processus opérationnels; La configuration du système; Les tests de fonctionnalité; L'assurance qualité et l'intégrité des données; La communication sur le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, les mises à jour ou toutes autres modifications sur l'ERP; La création de rapports et de tableaux de bord. Analyser les demandes et fournir du soutien nécessaire; Documenter les exigences et les configurations; Faire des recommandations basées sur les besoins d'affaires et les capacités des systèmes; Optimiser les pratiques en effectuant les modifications de configurations requises; Évaluer les nouvelles fonctionnalités et proposer des améliorations, créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord; Assurer la coordination des travaux entre les techniciens/programmeurs du fournisseur et les utilisateurs; Valider et gérer les accès pour des fins de sécurité.

REQUIS

Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, en gestion, en administration, en finances ou dans un domaine connexe; Entre 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires en gestion de données et ERPs ; Connaissance de Workday ; Connaissances du cycle comptable, des processus payables/recevables et du processus de production de rapports financiers ; Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (collaborateurs et clients à l'échelle internationale).

ROLE

Reporting to the IT VP and under the supervision of the Lead Business Analyst, you will work closely with the ERP team, the Finance team, and the ERP vendors to provide necessary support to users, implement improvements and optimizations to achieve system maintenance and enhancement goals.

Your main function will be to support users by assessing the risks, feasibility, and impact of required ERP features. You will need to understand agency challenges and determine appropriate operational solutions, considering both systems and manual processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a daily resource for:ERP support to users in North America and Europe; User training; Process documentation, reference documents, and training; Business needs analysis; Operational processes; System configuration; Functionality testing; Data quality assurance and integrity; Communication on the deployment of new features, updates, or any other changes to the ERP; Report and dashboard creation. Analyze requests and provide necessary support; Document requirements and configurations; Make recommendations based on business needs and system capabilities; Optimize practices by making required configuration changes; Evaluate new features and propose improvements, create reports and dashboards; Coordinate work between supplier technicians/programmers and users; Validate and manage access for security purposes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, Administration, Finance, or a related field; Between 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles in data management and ERPs; Knowledge of Workday ; Understanding of the accounting cycle, payable/receivable processes, and financial reporting process; Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers).
