What you will do
As a Benefits Lead in our Workday practice, you will:
- Take charge of Workday Benefits deliverables by leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes.
- Become a subject matter expert in Workday Benefits and other related modules.
- Lead the design and configuration of Workday Benefits solutions for clients across various industries.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
- Provide guidance on Benefits integrations and reports.
- Assist in converting legacy data into Workday.
- Contribute to internal training and share product knowledge within the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
- Build relationships with clients and senior executives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholder groups to transfer knowledge and resolve issues.
- Enhance service offerings across the service line.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with Benefits processes, best practices, and regulations.
- Preference for experience with Workday.
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
- Exposure to various technology solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead project deliverables.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
