Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes
- Recevoir les commandes des clients par courriel, site Web et téléphone
- Vérifier les détails de la commande et la traiter dans le système ERP (Sage)
- Fournir aux clients des accusés de réception de commande
- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les détails de base des produits, l'état des commandes et les délais d'exécution.
- Communiquer avec le personnel local, régional et national concernant les commandes des clients.
- Respecter les processus et procédures établis et représenter Keir Surgical de manière professionnelle à tout moment.

**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**
Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Canadian company that has provided high-quality surgical products to hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities across Canada since 1923. We are a founding member of the Pacific Surgical group of healthcare companies with a mission to be Canada's premier surgical products company.
We are seeking an energetic, bilingual individual to join our Customer Service team. This is a full-time position, based out of our regional office in Ville St. Laurent, QC and is available immediately.
Main responsibilities include:
- Verify order details and process in ERP system (Sage)
- Provide customers with order acknowledgements
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding basic product details, order status and ETAs
- Communicate with local, regional and national staff regarding customer orders
- Follow established processes and procedures and represent Keir Surgical professionally at all times
- Demonstrate competency working with computers
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Appreciate learning a variety of tasks
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both French and English
