Your Impact
As a prominent provider of delivery management software, we are actively searching for a dynamic and results-driven

_SMB Account Executive_ to join our team. This pivotal role revolves around propelling growth within the small and medium-sized business (SMB) segment, specifically targeting businesses with 1-5 locations across North America. As an SMB Account Executive, you will take charge of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, implementing tailored sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and ultimately securing deals.


In this full-time position, you will become an integral part of our lively team based in our Toronto office, collaborating three days a week at our Adelaide Street location.

In this vibrant and dynamic environment, you will experience robust support and camaraderie, embarking on an ambitious and thrilling journey to uncover and cultivate the inner sales champion within you.

The SMB market in North America presents a robust business landscape, and in this role, you will play a vital role in helping Deliverect gain market share and boost ARPU by integrating our dynamic product into businesses where growth needs align seamlessly with our solutions.


A Typical Day

Prospecting and Lead Generation_**Actively identify potential SMB customers through industry databases, online research, and strategic networking.

Collaborate with Team Leads and Sales colleagues to refine and enhance outreach strategies, engaging busy business owners and operators.

_ Lead Qualification and Prioritization_
Thoroughly assess leads from various channels, determining their fit with Deliverect's solutions.

Prioritize leads based on potential value and the likelihood of conversion to long-term customer satisfaction.

_ Sales Strategy Development and Execution_
Craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each SMB customer segment.


Research prospects, address their unique needs from the initial outreach, and navigate objections with internal teams to help them achieve their business goals.


_ Sales Presentations and Demos_
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing the value of Deliverect's products.

Tailor each demo to seamlessly suit customer needs, placing their operational challenges at the center stage.

_ Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure_
Negotiate contracts with prospects, ensuring transparency and alignment from the start.

Demonstrate commitment through one-year sign-ons, establishing mutually beneficial agreements aligned with both parties' objectives.

_ Relationship Management_
Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, providing ongoing touchpoints and promptly addressing concerns.

Act as the orchestrator between internal teams and the prospect's teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
