What you will do:
En tant que représentant(e) des ventes internes, ventes de médias, vous êtes un ou une professionnel(le) de la vente axé(e) sur la croissance, avec une certaine expérience en média, qui a réussi à créer un impact positif grâce à l'expansion de ses activités au cours des années. Dans ce rôle, vous vous efforcerez de maximiser le potentiel de revenus de votre portefeuille de clients, y compris un accent particulier sur le développement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaire, provenant de la vente de supports publicitaires dans l'écosystème Cineplex.

Vous êtes une personne stratégique et innovante, vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise et vous collaborez de manière créative en utilisant la recherche et les données pour aider vos clients à maximiser leur impact sur leurs consommateurs. Il s'agit d'un poste bilingue à Montréal, Québec, Canada. Vous devez être parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français).

Il s'agit d'un poste hybride (minimum de 3 jours au bureau par semaine). Ce poste est situé au bureau principal de Montréal.

Responsabilités principales
- Communiquer de manière proactive avec les décideurs du marché canadien de la vente au détail par des appels sortants, des courriels et des réunions en personne, afin d'élargir la base de clientèle existante
- Bâtir et entretenir une base de données de clients potentiels
- Adopter des stratégies réfléchies et ingénieuses pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente fixés. Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires et assurer la planification des appels hebdomadaires, ainsi que l'établissement de rapports, le cas échéant
- Veiller à ce que tous les clients potentiels ainsi que leurs programmes, produits et médias publicitaires reflètent et appuient l'image et les valeurs de la marque Cineplex
- Maîtriser la connaissance des produits publicitaires de A à Z - avoir un discours clair et convaincant sur chaque produit et sur l'ensemble des plates-formes intégrées
- Maintenir une bonne connaissance de notre réseau de cinémas, de centres commerciaux et de lieux de divertissement dans lesquels la publicité peut être vendue
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de production et de solutions médias pour gérer le processus de vente, depuis la demande de proposition jusqu'à l'approbation finale, la mise en œuvre et l'établissement du rapport final

Éducation et certification
- Une formation post-secondaire, idéalement dans le domaine de la vente, du marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, est un atout

Expérience
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié à la vente, avec un accent mis sur le développement de nouveaux prospects
- Souci du détail et sens exceptionnel de l'organisation
- Une expérience de la vente de médias numériques est un atout
- Une expérience de vente aux détaillants locaux, y compris aux concessionnaires automobiles locaux, est un atout

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes
- Solides compétences en matière de négociation, de présentation en public et de communication écrite
- Très motivé et axé sur la recherche de solutions publicitaires
- Favorise un environnement d'innovation et ouvert (e) à la collaboration
- Engagement en faveur du développement et de l'amélioration personnel
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Connaissance de base en vente de médias numériques
- Maîtrise de PowerPoint et d'Excel
- Une expérience en matière de CRM et/ou de Salesforce est un atout

As a Retail Account Representative, Media Sales, you are a growth-focused sales professional with some experience in the media, who has successfully created a positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. In this role, you will work to maximize the revenue potential of your client portfolio, including a large focus on driving new business derived from the sale of media advertising vehicles within the Cineplex eco-system.

You are a strategic and innovative individual, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you are a creative collaborator who uses research and data to help your clients maximize their impact on their consumers. This is a bilingual role in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Must be fully bilingual (English and French).

This is a hybrid position (in the office minimum 3 days per week). This position is located at the Montreal head office.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a high value prospect database
- Develop a relationship with occasional spenders to convert to reoccurring spenders, and deliver qualified leads to Account Executives
- Adopt thoughtful and resourceful strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Participate in weekly meetings and provide weekly call planning, and reporting, as required
