Inside Sales / Technical Support Representative.
This role will allow you to learn about the Purolite business while providing critical inside sales support to the Canadian Sales team.
As you grow in the role, you will have an opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills to provide on-site field support to customers in a variety of industries.

What You Will Do:
- Follow up on lead times and order tracking
- Provide sales quote assistance to the Technical Sales team
- Manage regulatory and quality documentation requirements with customers
- Provide support with technical reports and data analysis
- Provide onsite field support services for resin loading and system troubleshooting under the direction of the Technical Sales team
- Perform technical audits under the supervision of the Technical Sales team
- Conduct analytical studies and system optimizations
- Perform other activities as required to ensure internal and external customer support
Territory/Location Information:
- 30% overnight travel will be required including travel within Canada and to the US for training/meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a related field.
- 1+ years experience in technical customer support, sales or engineering
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with access to a vehicle for business travel (vehicle allowance provided)
- Able to travel to the US for training/meetings
- Proof of Covid 19 vaccination will be a condition of employment
- Able to lift/carry 50lbs, comfortable working in confined spaces and heights
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual French/English is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with data analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Water treatment experience is an asset
- Good mechanical aptitude
