Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry duties into the company ERP and WMS system
  • Prepare the relevant paper and digital documentation for shipping purposes
  • Analyze freight rates, calculate cost of goods, and research shipping routes
  • Determine and recommend efficient and costeffective logistics solutions
  • Create invoices, packing lists and other documentation for international customs
  • Inspect and check incoming and outgoing documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain relevant files and databases using MS Office and Google Drive apps
  • Effectively monitor and track the flow of goods during the shipping process
  • Prepare periodical reports for management to evaluate the overall shipping process
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
  • 12 year's logistics/freight forwarding experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask
  • Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mandarin and English fluency
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing and eager to learn
  • Professional communication demeanour
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
