Role:
Sales Account Executive - Retail Sector
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive to lead our efforts in the retail sector.
This role is crucial for expanding our presence and driving sales within the retail industry, leveraging our innovative digital kiosks and interactive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential retail clients for BIG Digital's products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., ZoHo and SalesLoft) to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Ability to generate new business opportunities with diverse tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling campaigns and presentations.
- Close deals and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Represent BIG Digital at industry events and trade shows.
Key Qualifications:
- 57 years of proven experience in sales within the retail technology sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the retail market and consumer behavior and how technology is transforming the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfstarter with a high level of initiative and a competitive spirit.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable working in an office setting and occasionally virtually.
- Organized, disciplined, and resultsoriented.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily within the US.
- Fun and engaging personality, making you a great fit for our unique culture.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (starting at $75,000 annually) and lucrative bonus/commission structure to incentivize performance.
