**Principales responsabilités**

Le ou la titulaire de ce poste aura les responsabilités suivantes:

- Piloter le cycle de planification de la demande les clients et marques relevant de son périmètre de responsabilité conformément aux pratiques de l'organisation;
- Diriger des réunions transversales avec les équipes ventes et commercialisation dans une optique d'atteinte des résultats à court et à long terme;
- Bâtir et maintenir une communication proactive avec le département des ventes, le marketing et la planification de l'approvisionnement afin d'obtenir les informations nécessaires au processus de prévision;
- Gérer l'introduction de nouveaux produits, l'analyse du data POS et des tendances du marché.
- Préparer, analyser et ajuster les entrées de données afin de générer les prévisions de référence pour le Supply et Master Planning dans la plate-forme de planification de la demande _JDA Manugistics_;
- Surveiller les performances de prévisions vs réel, recommander des plans d'action, mettre à jour et maintenir la plate-forme de manière à assurer la précision des prévisions, l'atteinte des cibles d'inventaire et les objectifs de service à la clientèle;
- Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue du département Demand Planning
- Maintenir le système de planification de la demande à jour:

- S'assurer du retrait du système des produits discontinués;
- Tenir à jour le master data et les paramètres de déploiement
- Faire les ajustements d'historiques pour expliquer les différents _drivers_ de la demande et maintenir des prévisions _baseline_ cohérentes
- S'appuyer sur les pratiques et procédures établies par l'organisation pour la maintenance, la résolution des problèmes et les améliorations de systèmes;
- Atteindre ou dépasser les indicateurs clés de performance de la planification de la demande en utilisant SAP, Manugistics & BW comme source de production de rapports relatifs aux performances de la planification de la demande.
- Participer au projet de changement de système APS

**Compétences et qualifications**
- Baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement, ou un domaine connexe tel que l'administration des affaires, génie industriel, statistiques, économie ;
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la planification de la demande et/ou des approvisionnements au sein d'une grande organisation
- Maitriser le pack office (Excel) et avoir de bonnes capacités analytiques
- La connaissance des outils JDA et SAP est un atout
- Capacité à s'ajuster rapidement et à travailler dans un environnement à cadence rapide
- Excellente capacité à présenter des sujets complexes et à fédérer
- Bilingue tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (français et anglais)
- Autonome, prise d'initiatives et axé sur la résolution de problèmes
- Expérience de travail avec responsabilité transversale et goût pour le travail d'équipe;
- Fortes aptitudes analytiques et aptitude à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des plans d'action;
- Capacité à travailler dans des équipes interfonctionnelles de manière à accompagner positivement le changement grâce à la collaboration;
- Capacité à s'ajuster rapidement et à travailler dans un environnement à cadence rapide
