Radius Security is seeking an
Administrator to add to our growing Customer Service team.

You will play a key role supporting the Customer Service team (ISC) by ensuring the timely documentation of our installation job and service ticket paperwork and by providing legendary customer service to our external and internal clients.

If you are computer savvy, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about pursuing a role in Customer Service, we want to hear from you.

Core Tasks:_

  • Accurately updating all documentation associated with installation jobs
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts within our database
  • Technician timecards
  • Processing vendor invoices
  • Escalating unresolved customer issues to ISC Supervisor/Department Manager as per the team's procedure
  • Supporting CSD with invoicing and other admin tasks
  • Scheduling annual ULC inspections
  • Transferring data from paper formats into electronic files for our database
  • Other duties as required

Compensation:_depending on experience, the hourly wage for this role is between $18-20/hour

  • At least 1year experience in an entrylevel administrative role is a plus
  • Proficient working experience with Microsoft office suite
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior organizational skills with a desire to "get the job done right"
  • Working knowledge of office equipment

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
