Parts Administrator

Job Summary:
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with procurement and supply chain management
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Skills:
- Mechanically Inclined
- Ability to perform basic data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of Furnace/Boiler systems is beneficial
- Strong negotiation skills for procurement activities
- Mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment is desirable
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
- Experience with coordinating Inventory and parts for multiple locations is a plus
- Ability to fabricate simple parts or components when necessary
