Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with procurement and supply chain management
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Skills:

  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Ability to perform basic data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Furnace/Boiler systems is beneficial
  • Strong negotiation skills for procurement activities
  • Mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment is desirable
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Experience with coordinating Inventory and parts for multiple locations is a plus
  • Ability to fabricate simple parts or components when necessary
