Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets, while building strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities
  • Build out tooling to support your sales effort
  • Identify new business prospects and initiate contact with potential clients through various means, including networking events, referrals, social media, and coldcalling
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value of our services and products
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existingclients
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity, including sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
  • University degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience preferably in a consulting or engineering environment Experience working with and setting up sales tools and techniques, including CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. (A strong preference will be shown towards those who are tech savvy)
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to work independently and leverage internal resources to find leads and close deals
