Job Description:
- Hybrid role with in-office responsibilities, serving as the face of IT in the Montreal office.
- Establish a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all IT operations.
- Manage technology and provide support for in-office hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Assist in operating an IT HelpDesk and support team members in filing help tickets for various issues.
- Support access requests through SAML/SSO configurations and integrations.
- Contribute to documenting IT processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
- Maintain inventories and provision company-managed user devices like laptops.
- Implement company-wide access control measures to mitigate data exposure risks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting level 1 support items such as email, software, and hardware.
- Prior experience with onsite IT help desk operations is valued.
