About Us: Brand Momentum is a looking for a Retail Expert Team Lead for our an exciting smoke-free tobacco product. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Sales Expert to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Job Summary: The Team Lead Sales Expert will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and the implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Start Date: June 21st until Oct 31st (4-month contract) - End date is dependent on success of expansion locations, contract extension is plausible based on region and historical growth of Corners program.

Region: Ontario region, GTA West or East Notes: West - Hamilton to Downtown Toronto (as north as Vaughan) Notes: East - Downtown Toronto to Scarborough (as north as Vaughan) – MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, strategies, and updates. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the sales skills of team members. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with team Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Set clear performance expectations and goals for the sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Recognize and reward top performers to foster a high-performance culture. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Other job requirements
