As a Retail Sales Expert , you'll be at the forefront, engaging customers with our ground-breaking new product and delivering a premium experience . We are looking for passionate sales professionals to join the team. If you are creative and determined to convert each interaction into sales, then we are looking for you.

Role Details:

Location :

Smoke Corp- Spadina, 429 Spadina Ave, Toronto, M5T 2G6

Hours: Any 5 days between Mon - Fri. 5 hour shifts between 12pm-8pm

Part-time: 25 hrs/ week

Start Date: June 10th, 2024

Scope of Responsibilities

Become a product champion: Master the ins and outs of our innovative product and educate customers with confidence and charisma . Build lasting connections: Engage authentically with each customer, forming meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty . Be a strategic teammate: Collaborate with the team to boost store traffic, achieve sales goals , and build brand awareness . Unleash your inner marketer: Utilize your network and creativity to reach new customers of legal age. Embrace new challenges: Contribute to a dynamic environment within a Fortune 500 company. Other duties as required

Experience and Skills Requirement

1-2 years of sales and retail experience with a proven track record of exceeding customer service and sales goals. Experience in premium retail with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Confident and charismatic with excellent communication and listening skills . A natural storyteller with a knack for presenting and merchandising premium products. A talent for sales and selling Must be of legal age
