Relevant du chef principal, Conversion, le titulaire du poste dirigera l'équipe responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre des campagnes de marque intégrées destinées à attirer de nouveaux clients et à entretenir la relation de Fido avec ses clients actuels. Cette équipe, qui travaille avec passion pour concevoir du matériel créatif remarquable et renforcer la relation avec la clientèle, possède une grande expertise de tous les aspects de la gestion du marketing de la marque et de l'acquisition de clients ainsi que du marketing par courriel et par messages texte, et de l'optimisation du marketing. Son rôle est primordial pour l'atteinte des résultats de l'entreprise ainsi que pour le développement de la marque Fido et le renforcement de la relation avec ses clients. Le titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec tous les membres de l'équipe Fido et les autres équipes interfonctionnelles au sein de Rogers.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Diriger la réalisation de toutes les campagnes de conversion de Fido (80 %)**
- Exécuter des campagnes de conversion intégrées ciblant les clients et les personnes qui ne sont pas des clients.
- Présenter, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes ciblées « toujours activées » qui transmettent le bon message au bon client, au bon moment.
- Gérer la création de matériel de communication adapté aux segments de clientèle et aux étapes du parcours en collaboration avec les agences, les partenaires internes et les fournisseurs, en français et en anglais.
- Mettre en place et diriger la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de tactiques médiatiques de conversion pour assurer le lancement de la campagne en temps opportun et avec succès.
- Avoir une compréhension approfondie de l'analyse du rendement des campagnes et des modèles d'attribution en ligne et hors ligne.
- Gérer le processus de production - travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires internes, les agences et les partenaires de production pour respecter les délais.
- Rédiger des documents des agences dans le cadre des projets de l'équipe.
- Contribuer à la stratégie de marque annuelle et trimestrielle pour les produits et les portefeuilles détenus.

**Gérer et planifier le budget (15%)**
- Faire le suivi du budget média et de production.
- Contribuer à la gestion et à la planification du budget afin d'assurer l'attribution optimale des ressources.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie et du plan de communication annuels de la marque.

**Renforcer la relation avec les clients (5 %)**
- Collaborer à l'élaboration stratégique d'initiatives visant à renforcer la relation avec les clients.
- Aider à établir les relations et à concevoir des activités avec les agences et les fournisseurs.
