Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan and individual customer plans to effectively sell key products and education
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives
  • Plan and execute inspa merchandising, brand image, business consulting, and product demos, staff contests, promotions, and advertising to establish strong business relationships and sales growth
  • Educate and facilitate full day classes
  • Travel within assigned territory to provide monthly and annual support visits to key clients
  • Proactively prospect new business in assigned territory and maintain an active lead pipeline
  • Manage and implement Loyalty Programs for key accounts
  • Develop and deliver training to clients and provide support throughout the ordering process
  • Represent Maritime Beauty professional aesthetics brands and business at industry tradeshows as necessary
  • Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed
  • Demonstrate our company culture and values
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • Postsecondary education with a focus in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a licensed Medical Aesthetician or Aesthetic/Cosmetic Nurse required
  • 2+ years of experience in consultative outside sales, preferably within the beauty industry required
  • 1+ years of experience in training/education facilitation
  • Strong knowledge and experience using various social media platforms for business purposes
  • Computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated professionalism with exceptional interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision
  • Proven ability to set and achieve objectives & budgets
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Reliable transportation is a must as travel is required within the assigned territory
  • Bilingual required (English & French)

Safety

  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Correct any safety issues that you can when you see them
  • Report any safety concerns to your Safety Committee Member or Manager
  • Be aware of your right of refusal
  • Do not operate equipment without the proper training
  • You must have WHMIS training for your position

Location:
Moncton base preferred. Surrounding areas to be considered.

Job Type:
Full-time (37.5 hours), Permanent.

Schedule:
The work schedule for this position typically runs from Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Please note that this is not a standard 9-5 position, and the hours may vary based on workload and project requirements.
