Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advisor Experience, the Partner Support Specialist is accountable for effectively handling questions and resolving problems raised by the advisory teams that make up WAPW.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as an expert resource person on all daytoday operational procedures.
- Being responsible for researching and providing clear, meaningful, and accurate responses to inquiries from our partners within a predetermined time frame.
- Acting as the intermediary between employees, NBIN & RBC Investor Services back offices.
- Problemsolving and researching multiple solutions for the advisory group as required.
- Understanding and effectively communicating NBIN inquiries to advisory teams and other partners.
- Assisting in identifying potential training opportunities within the team and firm to reduce the volume of queries and improve advisor experience.
- Monitoring and distributing trade rejects to appropriate parties.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or similar field of study. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 35 years of financial services industry experience, preferably in an administrative or operational capacity.
- Successful completion of CSC and CPH is an asset.
- Sound decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated experience providing learning and development in the finance sector.
- A capacity to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities to achieve highquality outcomes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
