CORPORATE PARTNER SPECIALIST

Who is a Corporate Partner Specialist?


A Corporate Partner Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to the Corporate Account Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure continuous membership growth and achievement of department goals.

Main point of contact for all corporate partners for day-to-day service in support of meeting growth targets in all areas of business including corporate memberships, workplace wellness programing and wellness events.


What will you be doing?

  • Administers and Services Corporate Partner accounts to ensure program is up to date and adhering to established guidelines
  • Creates and provides documentation to assist in promoting partnership program
  • Discuss program growth potential opportunities
  • Builds effective client relationships and gathers information of the external stakeholder while building rapport
  • Provides review of processes and programs
  • Prepares and communicates annual program renewal
  • Sends renewal documents to administrator including contract, workflow, and deadline for completion
  • Communicates and follows up with client to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Provides partner with current registration numbers and discuss eligibility confirmation
  • Updates and maintains CRM software, Salesforce
- supply's information on available services and creates quotes for requested services

  • Secures order confirmations for wellness workshops and fitness classes

Do you have what it takes?

  • Post-Secondary Diploma
  • 35+ yearsexperience in Customer Service
  • 3+ yearsexperience in Administration
  • Businesstobusiness sales experience
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Letter Writing
  • Email (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong, confident phone presence
  • Experience initiating and facilitating dozens of calls per day
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional sales experience
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce) is an asset
