As a Fulfillment Specialist you will:

  • Monitor and manage the eCommerce order list, moving orders, and prompting store action as required;
  • Fulfill orders for Canada through the Toronto hub, with auxiliary support from other stores;
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage and allocate stock as required;
  • Followup and communicate with the community regarding delays or shipping issues;
  • Answer incoming Tollfree calls from our website community;
  • Answer incoming live chat messages;
  • Answer all Amazon customer messages, claims, return requests, etc.;
  • Take opportunities to upsell and crosssell to improve the average order value when possible;
  • Provide outstanding service and trusted guidance to our community about the product, ensuring they are paired with the most optimal system for their lifestyle;
  • Provide support the to gear guides, as required;
  • Maintain accurate store records such as: invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, receiving products into inventory, appointment bookings, special requests, hold tags, phone messages, inventory transfers, and cash out, etc.; and
  • Perform other duties as directed by the manager.

As part of our unique compensation package, you will earn a quarterly bonus based on performance, in addition to your base hourly wage.


Hours of Work
Our stores are open seven days per week. Store hours of operation vary, but normal business hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility. Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shift availability. Minimum 40 hours per week required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience;
  • Ability to communicate professionally with our community and gear guides;
  • Previous similar fulfillment experience preferred;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Capacity to work well in a team and collaborate with others; and
  • Ability to contribute to a respectful culture and healthy work environment.

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
