We are currently looking for a motivated
Customer Service Coordinator to join our team full-time.


Customer service is what you're known for You are great with people and putting them at ease, are calm, patient, and are a great listener.

You're also reliable, quality focused, and have an extremely high level of attention to detail. You excel at quality work and hold yourself accountable with a high degree of integrity.

You have the ability to shift priorities and adapt to the varying workload and pace of the cycles of construction.

You're proactive, solutions-based, and someone who takes initiative.

You are a key member of our team and responsible for communication with homeowners and coordination of contractors. You're someone that's organized, gets the job done accurately, and in a timely manner. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and suppliers. You are self-motivated, trust-worthy and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of the Customer Service inbox and routine updating of the Service Request Tracker

Schedule Homeowner Reveals, Key Releases, and coordinate access for to complete service requests

Coordinate and follow-up with sales team, finishing team, residents and trades

Daily administration and maintenance of homeowner files, customer service documents and templates

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years customer service experience in new home sales environment

Minimum 3 years in a coordinator role or responsibilities

Office administration experience

Effective communication skills, both written and oral

Extremely high attention to detail with quality standards

Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful and solutions-minded

Team player who can work independently and is reliable

Education & Certifications:

Minimum post-secondary education

Intermediate MS Office skills

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year
