Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Enters and processes data related to client files;
  • Performs general ledger account analysis, bank reconciliations;
  • Responds to requests from internal clients and partners;
  • Participates in the improvement of existing processes and procedures.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • College diploma (DEC), AEC in accounting, administration or other related field;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel intermediate level (text functions, pivot tables);
  • Has an effective work methodology and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to submit recommendations
  • Demonstrates developed teamwork skills;
  • Experience with Sage 300 accounting software (an asset);
  • Payroll knowledge (an asset);
  • Bilingualism required both orally and in writing in English and French.


Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
