Nous cherchons à embaucher une personne à temps plein pour rejoindre notre groupe de restauration en pleine croissance. Notre groupe se compose de concepts de restauration à service complet et à service rapide. Nos bureaux sont situés dans l'Édifice Nordelec situé au 1700 Rue Richardson dans le secteur Centre-Sud.

**Description de l'emploi**:
Nous recherchons un commis comptable qualifié pour effectuer diverses tâches comptables, comptables et financières.
Les responsabilités du commis comptable comprennent la tenue à jour des dossiers financiers, la préparation de rapports et le rapprochement des relevés bancaires. Vous exécuterez également des logiciels de comptabilité (par exemple, SAGE, Quickbooks) pour traiter les transactions commerciales, telles que les comptes créditeurs et débiteurs, les débours, les notes de frais et les reçus. Un assistant comptable performant doit être familiarisé avec toutes les procédures comptables et avoir le sens des chiffres.
En fin de compte, nous recherchons un commis comptable performant qui veillera à ce que les fonctions comptables quotidiennes de l'entreprise fonctionnent avec précision et efficacité.

**Responsabilités**
- Fournir un soutien comptable et administratif au service de la comptabilité
- Taper avec précision, préparer et tenir à jour les documents et les registres comptables
- Préparer les dépôts bancaires, les écritures au grand livre et les relevés
- Réconcilier les comptes en temps opportunSaisir quotidiennement les données clés des transactions financières dans la base de données
- Fournir une assistance et un soutien au personnel de l'entreprise
- Rechercher, suivre et restaurer les problèmes et les écarts de comptabilité ou de documentation
- Informer la direction et compiler des rapports/synthèses sur les domaines d'activité
- Fonctionner conformément aux normes établies, aux procédures et aux lois applicables
- Mettre constamment à jour ses connaissances professionnelles

**Exigences et compétences**
- Capaciter de faire des rapport detailler de profit et perte
- production de declaration de tps/tvq
- production de decalrations deductions a la source
- Expérience avérée en comptabilité, de préférence en tant que commis aux comptes clients ou commis aux comptes fournisseurs
- Connaissance de la comptabilité et des procédures comptables de base
- Compétence Quickbooks, bases de données et logiciels de comptabilité
- Expérience pratique des feuilles de calcul et des rapports financiers
- Précision et souci du détail
- Aptitude pour les chiffres -Capacité à effectuer des tâches de classement et de tenue de dossiers
- Compétences en saisie de données et en traitement de texte
- Bien organisé
- Diplôme d'études secondaires
- Un diplôme d'associé ou une certification pertinente est un plus

We are looking to hire a full time person to join our fast growing restaurant group. Our group consists of full-service and quick service Food & Beverage concepts. Our office are located in the Nordelec Building located at 1700 Rue Richardson in the Centre-Sud area.

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software programs (Quickbooks) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. A successful accounting assistant should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.

Ultimately, we are looking for a successful Accounting Clerk that will ensure that the company's daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- produce hst/pst reports
- produce source deduction reports
- produce profit losses reports
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerkor Accounts Payable Clerk
- Familiarity with bookkeepingand basic accounting procedures
- Competency in Sage and/or Quickbooks, databases and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
