  • How your role will add to the story:
  • The Digital Business Development & After-Sales Manager will support the digitalization efforts of Customer Services Business Development (CSBD) in all areas of the Parts and Service by working across the CSBD team to define requirements and prioritize activities.
  • They will lead the coordination of digital activities on behalf of CSBD with internal stakeholders the Digital House, Data House/IT, Mercedes-Benz Headquarters, CSBD Field Teams and external stakeholders such as Dealers and external vendors.
  • They will act as the key contact person for all CSBD updates and new initiatives with Digital House, as well as the key contact person for all cross department initiatives and advanced analytics initiatives.

  • Digitalize Customer Services Business Development
  • Work across CSBD team with the business owners to develop the requirements for reporting in the business.
  • Align with CSBD business owners and management team on the priorities of the digital objectives.
  • Create roadmap and implementation plans to achieve Digital objectives.
  • Be the conduit between CSBD Head Office and the Field Teams in developing, communicating, executing and reporting (including followup) on After Sales digital KPI's.
  • Work closely with the Field Team and indealer in achieving desired digital topic outcomes.


Coordination of Activities with Internal Stakeholders- Be the Data Representative for CSBD team for Digital House by providing updates to digital projects, data initiatives, Power BI progress on dashboard building.


  • Support CSBD activities with Data House / IT regarding data related topics and issues such as data cataloging, data quality and data access.
  • Support CSBD activities with Mercedes-Benz Headquarters for any centrally organized digital or data related topics.
  • Support other MBCan departments with access to reporting and data for cross functional initiatives.


Coordination of Activities with External Stakeholders- Work with external vendors to define standards for data submissions and data cataloguing to ensure that issues are avoided in building of dashboards or use of data.


  • Support CSBD team in rolling out Dealer facing reporting to steer performance across all businesses. Support MBCan Dealers with their specific needs and requests with respect to accessing their performance reports.
New Initiatives and Advanced Analytics Initiatives- Represent CSBD on all cross organization discussions regarding new initiatives and Advanced Analytics.

  • Provide use cases within CSBD, within Customer Services or across the organization which will support the goals and objectives of CSBD.
  • Ensure that CSBD requirements are taken into account for future programs and bring in CSBD team members as needed to support proposals and efforts.


Digitalization Progress and Reporting- Manage the digitalization roadmap and track the progress of digital topics for CSBD using ASANA tool.


  • Manage timing and inputs from Teams members and assign team members as needed to support the activity and progress.
