Role Overview:

As a Mobile Supervisor Member Experience, you'll be reporting to the District Manager and leading a team of Member Service Representatives. Your main goal will be to guide the team in identifying members' needs and offering them the right financial products and services. From preparing documents for member meetings to processing daily transactions, you'll play a key role in ensuring our members' financial well-being.

  • Motivating and coaching employees to help members achieve financial fitness
  • Pursuing new business opportunities proactively
  • Adhering to security procedures and guidelines
  • Providing support and training for performance improvement
  • Guiding members on suitable products/services and referrals
  • Handling various banking transactions accurately
  • Adapting quickly to different environments and teams

Requirements:

To be eligible, you should have a minimum of 4 years of retail banking/customer service experience and a high school diploma. While not mandatory, having a background in Finance or related studies is a plus.
