THE ROLE

  • Lead Roofers (4 to 5 person crew) to safely achieve objectives
  • Supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications
  • Direct supervision of ongoing work, projects, and complete 1 on 1 regularly
  • Monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting
  • Assist in resolution of technical problems
  • Resolve employee and customer concerns/disputes
    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Prior experience installing various types of shingles on residential properties
  • A Class 5 License
  • 2 years of people leadership experience
