Working as a key member of the BC Ferries Vacations team, you will identify customer needs to sell third party travel products along with new and current BC Ferries products and services to create a unique travel experience.
You are an experienced Travel/Tourism sales professional, with a well-developed understanding of the travel industry, particularly within British Columbia and the West Coast.
You have a passion for selling, and have a proven track record in achieving sales objectives in person, on the phone and on-line.
You are able to communicate with people at all levels and have the ability to build long term relationships with our customers.
You have a strong track record of customer service excellence and are able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communications skills are required, with a preference for one or more additional languages.
Well developed computer skills and experience with computer reservations systems is required. Shift work is required for this position.Join us
