ASSOCIATE, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Acera is looking for an ambitious, engaging Associate, Office Administration to join our team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer a busy multi-line phone system; Greet walk-in clients and coordinate their needs with the respective agent; Prepare outgoing mail, inter-office mail and couriers; Maintain courier and recycling records; Ensure front end is kept tidy and organized; General admin duties as required; All other duties as directed by management.LOCATION AND STATUS:
Colwood, BC
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
$40K – $48K per year
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years previous reception experience; Diploma or degree in Business Management would be considered an asset; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Professionalism; Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to multi-task; Motivated and a self-starter; Strong time management skills; Organized and efficient; Reliable.VALUES & COMPANTENCIES:
