Responsibilities:
- Manage a 3 people team
- Cash Management bank reporting, manage loan payments and banking relationship, record interest on bank loans, and exchange rate monitoring and buying.
- Oversee accounts receivable, expenses, payroll, WIP, project costing / cost accounting
- Generate and evaluate monthly operating reports ( Profit and loss, Balance sheet, Cashflow)
- Maintain a rolling 12 month financial forecast
- Create/coordinate and monitor a rolling 12 month overhead budget
- Support month end procedures review item receipts for older than 30 days for missing bills, review AP aging report for unpaid bills, unused credits, etc., review open PO report, review accounts payable and bank balance sheet accounts, maintain vendor and purchase related accounts, accounts Payable. Reconcile old entries and item receipts, and vendor deposits. Reconcile account and cleanup old entries.
- Prepare management reports as assigned and requested
- Customer Management manage and maintain customer list, new customer setup, and other customer related lists.
- Template maintenance and creation as assigned
- Customer related transaction entry create invoices and review with Project Managers, receive customer payments, record customer payments on account, record customer deposits and make bank deposits.
- Maintain customer and sales related accounts accounts receivable, customer deposits, first review of sales accounts, and customer holdbacks.
Prepare management reports
- Sales and Open Sales Order forecast and AR collections.
- Other duties as assigned.
