Essential Job Functions

Maintaining of Current Systems

  • Responsible for maintaining all training records, calibration records, the ISO manual, and any other documents related to quality including inspection reports and nonconformance records.
  • Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
  • Developing and implementing standards for inspection
  • Developing a workflow for product inspection
  • Developing plans to help a company manage waste.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement quality management strategies and solve problems.
  • Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
  • Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, inspection processes and best practices.
  • Coordinate and oversee quality control activities to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality assurance processes.
New System Development

  • Create new procedures to test for income products to ensure there functionality before moving to the receiving stage.
  • Assist in new procedure capturing
  • Credit new vendors and ensure they have the qualifications we are seeking in there work quality and business practices.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in field a quality control or coordinator role is preferred
  • Fluid in English, Other Languages an asset
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Above average computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Above average computer skills with ERP Systems such as NAV BC 365
