Essential Job Functions

Maintaining of Current Systems
- Responsible for maintaining all training records, calibration records, the ISO manual, and any other documents related to quality including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
- Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
- Developing and implementing standards for inspection
- Developing a workflow for product inspection
- Developing plans to help a company manage waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management strategies and solve problems.
- Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, inspection processes and best practices.
- Coordinate and oversee quality control activities to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality assurance processes.

New System Development
- Create new procedures to test for income products to ensure there functionality before moving to the receiving stage.
- Assist in new procedure capturing
- Credit new vendors and ensure they have the qualifications we are seeking in there work quality and business practices.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in field a quality control or coordinator role is preferred
- Fluid in English, Other Languages an asset
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Above average computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Above average computer skills with ERP Systems such as NAV BC 365

**Salary**: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
