The opportunity for full-time, career-oriented to support the growing business in Montreal. The primary function of a Client Care Specialist t is to provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for La Canadienne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory verification and in-transits from stores for fulfilment for website orders
- Arrange and track customer shoe repairs
- Escalate issues with the site functionality to web team

**Qualifications**
- 2years' experience in a similar roleSoftware: Magento, Retail1, Zendesk & Zendesk Talk
- Strong communication skills, computer skills, and ability to multitask
- Must be Bilingual, oral and written French and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
