About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Care Specialist to join our team at Nancy El Bared. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: This role will involve working in the employer's/client's home, providing a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, organizing activities for children, preparing and serving nutritious meals, supervising and caring for children, and tending to their emotional well-being.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The role will involve repetitive tasks and requires attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for an individual with efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty.
