iA Financial Group is constantly seeking to improve its client experience by initiating major digital changes, including the introduction of a CRM tool.

Our team is responsible, among other things, for implementing and overseeing the support for and evolution of the Salesforce CRM solution throughout the company's business lines.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join this team.


As a Salesforce Administrator within the CRM Program's Centre of Expertise, you will be a member of a high-performance, creative and agile team.

You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of CRM deployments, support and proper evolution of the solution.


Specifically, your role will be as follows:

  • Implement, document and maintain administrative configurations and functions, including the maintenance of user accounts, workflows, fields, custom settings, dashboards and reports, etc.
  • Ensure optimal functioning of the Salesforce configuration
  • Oversee and collaborate on the delivery of simple to complex solutions and the performance of each CRM deployment in each of the business lines
  • Develop efficient update management in partnership with all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with integrators, business analysts, solution architects and the product manager on content strategy to drive user engagement
  • Specify and configure specific solutions or interfaces
  • Keep abreast of new tools, capacities and platform updates
  • Contribute to defining functional/technical specifications, design client needs and ensure their documentation
  • Perform all other related duties

Desired profile:

Core competencies:

  • University degree in business administration or in other relevant fields
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce for deployment or operational support projects
  • Experience as a business or functional analyst
  • Problem solver who enjoys the challenge of moving projects forward
  • Excellent ability to set priorities
  • Very good communication skills in both French and English

Preferred competencies:

  • Experience in the management of both small and largescale projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 or any other Salesforce certification will be considered a strong asset
  • Indepth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Excellent ability to set priorities
  • Habilities to work with many different operational teams
  • Experience in the operationalization of client relations solutions
