Job description

Fairfield Inn/Residence Inn by Marriott offers a hot buffet breakfast and we are looking for hard working fast-past loving and reliable breakfast cooks


These qualified individuals will be working early morning hours in order to help supply our clientele with a beautiful Marriott standard buffet breakfast.

The required qualities and skill sets are as followed.

  • Able to work in guest and service focused a fastpaced environment
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Must be a morning person
  • Must be able to start at or 5am
  • Must be able to stand for an entire shift
  • Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
  • Previous experience in a kitchen is an asset
  • Able to work early mornings, shift starts at 5am
  • Physically able to bend, move, and lift up to 25 pounds or more
  • Cooking order according to food health and safety standard
  • Monitoring multiple food levels
  • Dressing order for presentation
  • Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
  • Preparing food or helping other team members when needed
