Job Description:
As the Outside Sales Representative specializing in industrial fluids, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and establishing strong client relationships in the Greater Toronto Area.
Your main focus will involve identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts, using your technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively promote the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the assigned territory, focusing on industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace that require industrial fluids.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical seminars to educate clients on the advantages of using industrial fluid solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, resolve customer issues, and address technical queries.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in industrial sales, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial fluids, lubricants, or related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the designated territory.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and dedicated to business growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
