The Role of Human Resources Advisor
The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for providing Human Resources advice to various clients and administrative HR functions.

We believe that this role is a great way for an HR professional to increase their skills and knowledge in HR.


Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • To receive a variety of calls from clients with HR issues or queries, which can include absence management, disciplinaries, workplace violence and harassment, terminations, etc.
  • To actively own cases to resolution, building rapport and working relationships with clients on each interaction
  • To review client documentation and provide advice accordingly taking their internal terms and conditions into account in each case
  • To provide clients with supporting information/documentation to assist them in implementing the advice/ solutions provided
  • To be actively involved with ongoing training, ensuring that personal knowledge of HR and employment legislation is kept up to date
  • To achieve clear and measured KPIs and to work within set SLAs in order to provide first call resolution
  • To log all advice accurately onto Salesforce and other systems
  • To follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable

What you Bring to the Team

  • CHRP/CPHR designation is an asset
  • Ability to performancedriven environment

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload accordingly
  • Previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre
  • The ability to motivate yourself and those around you
  • An organized selfstarter with an enthusiasm for exceptional service delivery
