**Responsibilities**
- **Physical Movement Evaluation. **You will be responsible for conducting physical movement evaluations including but not limited to strength, flexibility, and structural balance testing. You will need to know how and be able to conduct evaluations accurately and interpret the results using the Elite Coaching methods based on your observations collected during this evaluation
- **Nutrition & lifestyle consultations, & body composition analysis. **You will measure body fat using circumferences on several sites. You will be responsible to conduct these consultations by assessing nutrition and lifestyle and give adequate advice to achieve desired results. You will also be expected to recommend our in-house supplements to your assigned client.
- **Personal training. **1-on-1 personal training. You will be expected to (and not limited to): follow the exact workout plan given, guide the client through a safe warm-up as per Elite Coaching protocol, count tempos and reps out loud with accuracy, to make sure the client assigned to you is respecting break periods, find client problems (by asking questions as per our training checklist) and work with the Elite Coaching team to help find solutions to best help the client.
- **Other various tasks - being a team player.**
