Novy Manufacturing has an opening for an Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position on days (Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm). We offer full benefits, competitive wages and a yearly bonus

This role requires applicants to be in both the office and shop throughout the day. Safety shoes are required.

Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented individual with superior organizational skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accurate recording
  • Experience/ knowledge in bookkeeping, Sage50 and accounting principles is an asset
  • Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the company
  • Positive attitude; reliable & willing to help others
  • Team player, flexible and problem solver
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Record, track records in Sage50 and ERP software
  • Enter and maintain internal data base and generate reports from inhouse system
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other staff to help complete the administrative requirements to get tasks completed
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of the information
  • Organizing, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties when necessary.
  • Helping prepare and pack parts
  • Local deliveries
  • Some light housekeeping

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
