Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule installation work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Schedule and prioritize rush orders, arranging for expedited installation services as required.
  • Accurately process and manage all necessary paperwork related to installation orders, maintaining organized records.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication to support the installation process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the scheduling and installation teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Experience in the vinyl graphics and signage installation industry is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management tasks
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in scheduling details
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries professionally
