About the Company

Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to members of the leadership and project teams, including documentation, project controls, KPIs, forecasting.
  • Responsible for coordinating reports and documentation that support the collection of and review of initiatives within the portfolio.
  • Assist with communicating relevant and up to date departmental information to various stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist with documentation reviews/proofreading.
  • Create presentations and workflow diagrams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 57 years working in a project management environment.
  • Previous experience project managing small to medium size initiatives.
  • PMP and Prince2 certifications are considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in technology.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Point & Visio.
  • Must possess own communication device.
