Responsibilities:

  • Makes sure safety is the number one priority
  • Manages their direct reports and ensures all employees are working at high levels at all times
  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
  • Maintains constant and accurate logisticsrelated communication with the Warehouse Manager
  • Constantly communicates with the Warehouse Manager on what is needed in the warehouse
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintains a clean and organized warehouse
  • Quicklyensures trucks are loaded/unloaded and makes sure all inventory is at their right location
  • Engages with drivers with a positive attitude
  • Performs various physical duties as assigned
  • Moves skids, boxes, shells, etc. around the warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to use a pump truck, drive a forklift and reach truck
  • Previous general labour experience is an asset
  • Ability to read labels and follow instructions
  • High attention to detail
  • Workdays are between Monday and Friday. May work on Saturdays
