Kenvue is recruiting for a Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) - Quality Lead.

This role will report into the Sr Manager Franchise Quality PLM and be based out of Guelph, Ontario or Markham, Ontario.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and driving the engagement with teams to establish quality requirements of new ERP system implementation
  • Lead local impact assessment as further Regional and Global deployments occur
  • Acts as a change agent within Canadian organization
  • Lead to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into system design
  • Evaluate Quality related modules and identify optimal process flow and integration with other system interfaces
  • Meet key project milestones in support of system functional enhancements.
  • Developing business cases and gaining management support for system enhancements
  • Work with business partners to identify KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for success, establish target goals, and design and implement tools to track performance.
  • Partnering with quality members (Commercial Quality / Make Quality) that support end to end quality processes
  • Collaborating with cross functional partners in IT (Information Technology), Procurement, Supply, Manufacturing (internal and external), and Logistics to ensure process are supported and integrated within the end to end business.
  • Leading Quality best practice initiatives and benchmarking activities internally and externally.
  • Interfacing with consumer group peers to share best practices and establish consistent Supply Chain processes regionally and globally
  • Create and own relevant associated system implementation and documentation (WI/SOPs)
  • Lead implementation training and develop ongoing training strategy
  • Canadian Consumer GMP approver
  • Local operating company and internal manufacturing master data review

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field, post graduate program in Quality is an asset.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 68 years of GMP experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drug, Cosmetic and/or Food industry.
  • Experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning system
  • Knowledge across the elements of a quality organization quality systems (CAPAs, NCs, Change Controls), quality operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Requires excellent prioritization, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to accomplish work goals, with a modest amount of daily direction and oversight.
  • Ability to manage difficult issues and implement change.
  • Working knowledge / experience of cGMP requirements (Health Canada, FDA, ect)
  • Recognize that developing new concepts involves uncertainty; be able to push forward with incomplete information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective project management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills are required.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for presentation to all levels of internal customers and management is required.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and thrive when working on virtual teams and projects with colleagues physically located elsewhere.
  • Knowledge of Tru Specification Lifecycle Management process, ETQ, LIMs would be an asset
