Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
Our enterprise public client is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to manage operational enhancements and new feature implementation of M and other Infrastructure (Telephony contact center, UC products) related initiatives - 12 months contract, Vancouver based - 2 days/month in office, (may need to report to the office frequently depending on project requirement.)
Must Have:- 9+ years of Project management of medium to large initiatives in an enterprise environment ideally within Public sector
- Experience with Contact Center implementations and Contact Center technologies in an Enterprise level organization
- Experience in M implementation with M Teams Voice and related technologies in an Enterprise level organization
- Experience in managing Enterprise upgrades of client computing devices (Windows), networks and other client facing infrastructure
- Experience in using a variety of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Extensive experience in project management including creating and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and resources; status reporting; managing project issues and risks; and change control
- Extensive experience managing teams including the ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including effective reporting and presentation skills
Assist in leading CaaS solution sustainment and implementation of new features and enhancements. This opportunity will help provide Contact Center as a Service with a multi-channel customer experience to the Contact Center operations.
Act as Lead Project Manager in managing the operational enhancements and new feature implementation of M Act as a Lead Project Manager in various client facing Infrastructure initiatives.
