What you'll bring to the table:

  • Ensuring high client satisfaction through top-notch customer service and clear communication
  • Scheduling appointments with potential tenants and reaching out to waitlist candidates for viewings
  • Conducting initial screening of applicants for rental approval and conveying application statuses
  • Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and daily administrative duties
  • Achieving vacancy goals for designated properties
  • Contributing to business growth through market research, marketing plans, and vacancy management

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Ability to showcase enthusiasm in all interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); ERP experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
  • Flexible availability for full-time shifts including weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays
