Squamish, BC.

As an
Office Administrator at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to
the Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Description:

  • Processes routine correspondence per guidelines and directions from the supervisor.
  • Prepares outgoing correspondence, including but not limited to Federal Express packages, as required
  • Orders office items to assist with daily functions of the Office.
  • Scan, organize, and file invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements to open invoices
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors
  • Assist in selecting and facilitating payments to vendors weekly.
  • Identify and research errors on vendor checks. Notify appropriate management of discrepancies
  • Handle administrative needs of department: open and process mail, assist with correspondence, make copies, maintain standard department materials and manage distribution
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the accounting field
  • Possess strong computer skills using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to operate in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and produce high output
  • Able exhibit a high level of confidentiality
