What You Will Do- Lead and direct project teams through all project lifecycle stages.
- Set clear project objectives aligned with our business goals.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Execute projects following INVISTA's Project Work Process (PWP) methodology.
- Develop cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and project schedules.
- Convert project requirements into competitive proposals.
- Implement systems to monitor project progress.
- Enforce a structured change management process.
- Oversee project handover process for operational readiness.
- Periodic travel to other Ontario-based sites may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Three or more years' experience leading engineering project teams.
- Current or eligible for Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registration.
- Project Management Professional certifications (PMP, PMI, or equivalent).
- Experience using SAP R3 or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
