Vos habiletés en communication vous permettent de maintenir de bonnes relations avec les acheteurs, les fournisseurs et les autres départements clés de l'organisation.

Responsabilités
- Passer des commandes d'achat et les mettre à jour;
- Effectuer un suivi des commandes et des problèmes avec le fournisseur concernant les livraisons, les échantillons, les informations manquantes et plus encore;
- Avoir un avant-goût de la gestion;
- Rédiger des rapports d'achat à analyser (au besoin);
- Assister le service de publicité et de marketing;
- Entretenir d'excellents rapports avec les équipes des acheteurs et de la planification, les fournisseurs et le personnel de l'entrepôt et des magasins;
- Fournir de l'appui administratif aux acheteurs.

Principales compétences requises
- Minimum de trois 3 années d'expérience dans un bureau des achats dans une entreprise de commerce de détail;
- Études postsecondaires en création de mode/marketing de mode/achat de mode;
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps;
- Excellente compréhension du commerce de détail et des concepts mathématiques des affaires;
- Connaissances avancées de Microsoft Excel;
- Fortes aptitudes en communication;
- Expérience pratique avec le system JDA au un logiciel similaire tel que AS400, un atout;
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français), requis.
